Learning and Courses

Qualified coaches provide coaching courses at Kidman Archers, to members of the public who are 10 years of age and older.

The course includes:

• 4 weeks of small group coaching
• 8 extra weeks of temporary membership at Kidman Archers
• A Certificate of Completion – allowing you to apply for membership with Kidman Archers or any Archery Australia affiliated club

Courses are run over four consecutive Saturdays for 2 hours per week between 10 am and 12 noon for the first 3 weeks. For the fourth and final week of the course you will join our members on the line from 1 pm to 3 pm. Coaching courses are run on the same day as the Club holds its weekend shoot.

The starting dates for the 2024 Beginners Coaching Courses are listed as they are opened.

• Courses are limited to 8 people per course. If you are unable to register for your selected date, this means the course is already full.

All equipment is provided and covered in the cost of the 4 week course which is $130.00 per person. This covers insurance and all equipment hire. If you become a member within 3 months of completing the course, we will supply you a free Club shirt with your name embroidered (optional).

You will be awarded a certificate of course completion that will enable you to apply for membership to the Club.
